Bruno Cautrès is a research fellow of the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), attached to CEVIPOF, the Centre de Recherches Politiques of Sciences Po in Paris, where he also teaches. His research encompasses political attitudes and behaviors, voting and elections, comparative survey research, statistical data analysis and quantitative techniques. He has participated, for instance, in the French electoral panels of 2002 and 2007 and in France’s Baromètre Politique, and has been involved in the production in France of major international surveys, including the International Social Survey Programme, the European Social Survey, European Values Studies and European Election Studies. Aside from his teaching work at Sciences Po, he has taught at the European Consortium for Political Research Summer School in Ljubljana (Estonia) and other international institutions.
